Company founder
Mr. Pratap Ghosh has a vast experience in exporting rubber products. He was working with Duckback as the head of exports for 30 years. He then started his own venture, which is innovation exports from 2010. It was his own baby which is growing with every passing year but it has the potential to grow more and that is what we aim to do. Our aim is to reach out more and more people and trade with them with ease.

Sneha Ghosh has 11 years of working experience as a HR in different IT companies pan India. She has joined Innovation export as the Marketing Head. Sneha has completed her education in English literature. She always tries to keep herself updated with everything that's happening around her. She is very hardworking and ambitious and wishes to take the company to new heights.

Mr. Rajendra Narayan Wahie
Technical Advisor
Mr. R. N. Wahie did his graduation (GPRI) from Plastics & Rubber Institute - London and Associateship (ANCRT) from National college of Rubber Technology, UK, in Rubber Technology. Mr. Wahie thereafter, honed his managerial skills in Production Management from Xavier's Institute of Jamshedpur. With a rich experience of over 40 years behind him in the field of Polymer Technology developments and applications, Mr. Wahie, led the manufacturing operations and defence business of Duckback. - Leading from the front, Mr. Wahie, had not only excelled in his man management skills but had also proved his merit in technology through indigenous development of critical defence requirements. A number of projects, completed under his guidance, were acclaimed by the Defence experts and some even went on to win National Awards.
